With intense labour, this firm achieved heights in the landmark case of A.P. Transco Ltd. v. Equipment Conductors before the Supreme Court of India, where order of NCLAT of wielded threats of insolvency issued to Government Company was struck down and it was held that while there is an existing dispute, such wielded threats may not be issued by Appellate forums like NCLAT. And appeal pending before NCLAT was dismissed by Supreme Court itself.
