Constitutional Law
The Constitution of India is the backbone of our democracy. It is the most integral part of our democratic framework as it propounded the three pillars of democracy – Legislation, Executive and Judiciary. The Constitution of India empowers its citizens by bestowing them Fundamental Rights which cannot be breached at any cost. From time to time, such occasions arise when the integrity of our Constitution is challenged and for this reason one resorts to knocking the door of judiciary to uphold the constitutional validity of the subject in question.
