Seimens v. Delhi Transco Ltd. – The issue was – though, Seimens was declared L-1 (Lowest Bidder) but the bid document was faulty and a dispute arose whether errors in filling of tender can be ignored or brushed away and the firm represented DTL and obtained a favourable order of cancellation of bid by Seimens.
Our firm represented AP and Telangana Power Utilities in Transmission Corporation of A.P. v Sudha Agro Industries & Ors. 2019 SCC OnLine SC 1537. The issue was levy of grid support charges and wheeling charges upon generators having pre-existing contracts. Our firm obtained a landmark judgment in the favour of our client resulting in revenue of several 1000s of crores, year by year.
TSSPDCL v. Srigdha Beverages is a landmark judgment where this firm represented Distribution Company of Telangana to recover past electricity dues of previous owner from the auction purchaser under SARFAESI.
